Yes we do accept medical aid.

If your medical aid plan has a dietitian benefit or if you have medical aid savings then the consultation will be covered.

Medical aid consultation fees will be charged according to the medical aid ICD codes and any short falls on the standard rate charged will be for the account of the client.

An anthropometry assessment on the Inbody 270 scale; full medical history review; discussion on the questions completed on the online form; the plan of action that is agreed upon.

Yes you can consult with me online.

No you will not receive a meal plan in the first consultation.

EFT, cash and card. Please note there is a 3,5% card facilities fee.

Unfortunately not, as we cannot give a quality consultation to both individuals at the same time.

  1. A skin-prick blood sample is taken in my office during the consultation.
  2. The blood tests need to be paid up front before they are sent to the labs.
  3. There is a waiting period of 3 weeks before the reports are emailed.
  4. Once the reports are received; the client will be emailed their reports to read through before the feedback sessions start.
  5. The client will be charged according to the length of time it takes to go through the reports (this is normally stipulated in the quote that is given after the first consultation when the blood sample is taken).
  6. The client can choose if they want a customized meal plan according to their report feedback advice. The meal plan is a separate fee.

Yes, we can arrange for the test kits to be delivered to you or your doctor. You will be provided with the steps to take to get it processed. The feedback sessions will be done via zoom with slide shows to explain the reports as it would be done in a face to face consultation.

The DNA tests and feedback sessions are quoted according to what is decided upon in the first consultation.
